Pawzport+ ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Pawzport+ mobile application.

• Pet Information: Names, breeds, photos, health records, and microchip numbers you enter for your pets.
• Location Data: With your permission, we use location services for GPS tracking and nearby vet/clinic features. Location data is processed on-device and not stored on our servers.
• Camera & Photos: Camera access is used for breed scanning, nose print identification, and pet photos. Images are processed on-device using our AI models.
• Device Information: We collect anonymous device identifiers for analytics and crash reporting.
• Purchase Information: Subscription purchases are processed by Apple and RevenueCat. We do not store payment card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the Pawzport+ app features
• To process and manage your Premium subscription
• To display relevant advertisements (free tier only, via Google AdMob)
• To send push notifications about vaccination reminders (with your permission)
• To improve our AI breed recognition and health features

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• RevenueCat: Subscription management. Privacy Policy
• Google AdMob: Advertising (free tier). Privacy Policy
• The Dog API / The Cat API: Breed information lookup.
• xAI Grok API: AI veterinary chat responses.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your pet health data is stored locally on your device using Apple's secure storage frameworks. We use industry-standard encryption for any data transmitted to our servers. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

5. Children's Privacy

Pawzport+ is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

6. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at cnkylmz35@gmail.com. You can also delete all app data by uninstalling the application.
