By downloading or using Pawzport+ ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the developer of Pawzport+. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

3. Premium Subscriptions

• Pawzport+ offers monthly and yearly subscription plans ("Premium").
• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings.
• No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period, except as required by applicable law.
• A free trial (where offered) converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.

4. Medical Disclaimer

Pawzport+ is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice. The AI chat, health records, and breed information features are for informational purposes only. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for medical decisions regarding your pet's health.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the App (photos, health records, etc.). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process this content solely to provide the App's features.

6. Prohibited Uses

• Using the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempting to reverse engineer or decompile the App
• Uploading malicious content or attempting to compromise the App's security
• Misusing the lost pet network or community features

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
