TexLab (“the app”) is a textile testing and analysis tool published by TLI TexLab Instruments. This policy explains what the app does and does not collect.
The app does not require registration or login. We do not create a user profile and we do not ask for your name, address or phone number.
Your tests, samples, calculations and reports are stored locally on your device using Apple’s SwiftData. We cannot read this data, and it is not uploaded to us.
Camera and photo library access is used to capture or select images of fabric and yarn samples. Images are first measured on your device with Apple’s Vision and Core Image frameworks.
When you start a cloud AI analysis (Nova AI), the app sends a resized copy of the sample image, the numeric measurements derived on your device (for example average brightness, texture uniformity, colour saturation, edge density) and the analysis instructions to our processing service on Cloudflare Workers. The service forwards the request to the Groq AI API and returns the answer to the app. Our service does not store or log the images or the results. Groq processes the request under its own privacy policy. No name, account or other personally identifying information is attached. When on-device AI (Apple Intelligence) is used instead, the analysis runs on your device and no image leaves it. Transmission happens only while an analysis you started is running.
Bluetooth and local-network access are used only to discover and connect to textile testing instruments and to receive measurement results from them. This communication stays between your device and your instrument.
Subscriptions are sold through Apple. Purchase and renewal status is handled by Apple and by RevenueCat, which provides our subscription infrastructure. We never see or receive your payment card details.
If you allow notifications, they are scheduled locally on your device as test and calibration reminders.
The app contains no advertising SDK and no third-party analytics or tracking SDK. We do not sell or share your data, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.
TexLab is a professional laboratory tool and is not directed to children.
Because your content stays on your device, deleting the app removes it. For questions about this policy, including requests under the GDPR or the Turkish KVKK, write to info@texlabinstruments.com.
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new date.

Bulut yapay zekâ analizini (Nova AI) başlattığınızda uygulama, numune görselinin küçültülmüş bir kopyasını, cihazınızda hesaplanan sayısal ölçümleri (örneğin ortalama parlaklık, doku düzgünlüğü, renk doygunluğu, kenar yoğunluğu) ve analiz talimatını Cloudflare Workers üzerindeki işleme servisimize gönderir. Servis isteği Groq yapay zekâ API’sine iletir ve cevabı uygulamaya döndürür. Servisimiz görselleri ve sonuçları saklamaz, kaydını tutmaz. Groq isteği kendi gizlilik politikası kapsamında işler. İsteğe ad, hesap veya kişiyi tanımlayan başka bir bilgi eklenmez. Bunun yerine cihaz üstü yapay zekâ (Apple Intelligence) kullanılırsa analiz cihazınızda yapılır ve görsel cihazdan çıkmaz. Aktarım yalnızca sizin başlattığınız analiz sürerken gerçekleşir.
Bluetooth ve yerel ağ erişimi yalnızca tekstil test cihazlarını bulmak, bağlanmak ve ölçüm sonuçlarını almak için kullanılır. Bu iletişim cihazınız ile test cihazınız arasında kalır.
Abonelikler Apple üzerinden satılır. Satın alma ve yenileme durumu Apple ile abonelik altyapımızı sağlayan RevenueCat tarafından yürütülür. Kart bilgilerinizi hiçbir zaman görmeyiz.
Bildirimlere izin verirseniz, test ve kalibrasyon hatırlatmaları cihazınızda yerel olarak planlanır.
Uygulamada reklam SDK’sı ve üçüncü taraf analiz/izleme SDK’sı yoktur. Verinizi satmayız, paylaşmayız; sizi başka uygulama ve sitelerde izlemeyiz.
TexLab profesyonel bir laboratuvar aracıdır ve çocuklara yönelik değildir.
