Go to the Paywall screen and tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open iPhone Settings โ†’ your name โ†’ Subscriptions โ†’ Pawzport+ โ†’ Cancel Subscription.

Is my pet's health data backed up?

Pet data is stored locally on your device. We recommend regularly exporting your health records as PDFs as a backup.

The chip scanner isn't detecting my pet's chip

Make sure NFC is enabled on your iPhone. Hold the top of your iPhone close to the chip implant area (usually between shoulder blades). Some chips require multiple attempts.

The AI breed scanner gave a wrong result

Our AI works best with clear, well-lit photos of your pet's face. Try taking the photo in good lighting without background distractions.

How do I delete my data?

You can delete all data by uninstalling the app, or contact us at cnkylmz35@gmail.com to request account deletion.
