By downloading or using PhoneticSleep ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices you own or control.
You may not:
PhoneticSleep offers optional in-app purchases to unlock premium features. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not store payment information.
Purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies. To request a refund, contact Apple directly at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Previously purchased content can be restored at any time using the "Restore Purchases" feature in the app at no additional charge.
Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that sleep learning will produce specific language acquisition results. Individual outcomes vary based on sleep quality, existing language knowledge, and other factors.
THE APP IS NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Consult a healthcare professional if you have sleep disorders or hearing concerns.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
All content in the App, including the IPA phoneme database, audio synthesis algorithms, and user interface design, is owned by PhoneticSleep and protected by copyright law.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in Turkish courts.
